For those being pendantic, censorship is a general term and can be applied to individuals, corporations, and organizations, noit just governments. If you insist on the word only applying to its original meaning, then the Flamen Dialis, acting in his role as a government official, has to release doves from Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus and read the omens before you can call it censorship

Musk is upset about people blocking Elon Musk because Elon Musk is a narcissist and can’t stand the idea that someobody might not admire Elon Musk.
Individuals using the block function to block people they don’t want to listen to is very much different than the Twitter/X algroithm systematically promoting white supremist and Neonazi tweets while suppressing the tweets of the working class.
