Elon Musk uses the false claim of federal debt being the same as personal debt to justify refusing to help people in need.
Note that a homeless person will approach you and offer to share their meager food if they see you in need and billionaire oligarchs are angry at insufficient government food for those in need.
Also, how did Musk quote-tweet one of his alternative account tweets about two hours before it existed?

Foreign aid serves two basic purposes:
1. To help other people. Sure there is corruption, but not anywhere near the level of corruption as when the government shovels money to large corporations.
2. Most foreign aid isn’t for helping people, it is purchasing services from other governments that are viewed as being valuable to the interests of the U.S government (supposedly for the U.S. people), such as paying Israel and Egypt not to go to war against each other so oil and goods can more freely flow through the Suez Canal.
