For those being pendantic, censorship is a general term and can be applied to individuals, corporations, and organizations, noit just governments. If you insist on the word only applying to its original meaning, then the Flamen Dialis, acting in his role as a government official, has to release doves from Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus and read the omens before you can call it censorship

Musk has been refusing to delete hate speech and cirminally malicious threats of violence.
Musk changed the algorithm to suppress the tweets made by those who aren’t paying. That is not free speech and that is designed to promote the speech of the wealthy and the Musk fans over the speech of the workers and the poor.
Musk has kicked some of his critics off X (Twitter).
